RATEP-INNOVATSIYA started the implementation of lean manufacturing program to increase the existing efficiency of production systems.
In December at Bransk Machine Engineering Plant, the experts of LLC ‘RATEP-INNOVATSIYA’ completed the training on the program ‘Lean manufacturing’.
The increase of customer’s demand and increasing business competition at the market demand higher level of competence, increased initiative and responsible approach from every worker.
The training of all the workers of our company is planned for 2016; we also developed a staff-developing plan according to which the shift foremen and supervising foremen started their training in January 2016.
