Together with the engineering center JSC ‘UK ‘BMZ’. LLC ‘RATEP-INNOVATSIYA’ manages the development of the operating modules, driving consoles (constructive proposals of CJSC ‘MYS’) and some other electric equipment for the shunting locomotive TEM28.
By the order of JSC ‘UK ‘BMZ’ and within the import substitution program our company carried out the development and mastered the release of the high-voltage cabinets and driving consoles for the locomotive 2TE25KM.
LLC ‘RATEP-INNOVATSIYA’ according to the documentation of JSC ‘VNIKTI’ manufactured the prototype kits of the high-voltage cabinets for the GT1h 002 gas turbine locomotive (the production of JSC ‘LTZ’) and a gas-piston shunting locomotive of TEM19 (the production of JSC ‘UK ‘BMZ’).
At the time together with LLC NPP ‘ROST’, the company started the development and, in the subsequent, the production of driving consoles for the module cabinet of the locomotive TG16M.
According to the contract with ‘Belarusian railroads’, our company manufactured 48 sets of the equipment to make the modernization of the driver’s cabin of the main locomotives 2TE10U.
Also since 2011, according to the documentation of JSC ‘VNIKTI’, LLC ‘RATEP-INNOVATSIYA’ mastered the manufacturing of the driving consoles of the shunting locomotive TEM31.
According to the contract with ‘Uzbek Railroads’, LLC ‘RATEP-INNOVATSIYA’ made 88 sets of driving consoles for the main locomotives UzTE16M2(3).
LLC ‘RATEP-INNOVATSIYA’ together with JSC ‘VNIKTI’ developed and commercialized the batch production of the equipment for shunting locomotives TEM18DM and TEM18V:
- set of driving consoles;
- V-OPE rectifiers;
- alarm control units.
By the year 2015, we have already made 943 sets.
The company also carried out the preparation for the production of high-voltage cabinets.
LLC ‘RATEP-INNOVATSIYA’ developed and commercialized the batch production of the equipment for the mainline locomotives 2TE25K 'PERESVET' and 2TE25A 'VITYAZ', namely:
- Unified Control Consoles (UPU);
- High-voltage operating cabinets;
- Device boxes;
- Information Processing Units (UOI).
In total our company produced 30 sets of 2TE25K and 104 sets of 2TE25F (AM; HGU).
In 2014 the company also acted as the alternative supplier and has mastered the release of the traction converters on IGBT transistors for the locomotives 2TE25A.
Within the program of JSC ‘Russian Railways’ - ‘The improvement of the park of electric locomotives and locomotives’, our company together with JSC ‘VNIKTI’ took part in the modernization of the driving consoles of the locomotives passing the capital repairs on ‘ULRZ’ and ‘VTRZ’ ( the branches of OJSC ‘Zheldorremmash’). Our company and JSC ‘VNIKTI’ manufactured the driving consoles and the sets of the electric equipment for 644 sections in total.
