The floor-standing cabinets are used for the comfortable arrangement of the passive and active telecommunication equipment. They also increase the density of the equipment installation and protection it from external actions and unauthorized access. The usage of the telecommunication cabinets allows to make and serve considerable telecommunication capacities by placing there different types of equipment with the standard of 19 inches.
Our floor-standing cabinets are used for the installation of the network, communication, server, telecommunication, passive and active fiber-optical equipment with the standard of 19", 21" and 24" in the office and production rooms as well as in the intermediate switching centers, server, telecommunication rooms and in the data-processing centers. The cabinets can be manufactured with the different sizes: 600 mm or 800 mm wide and 600 mm, 800 mm or 1000 mm depth. The height of the cabinets in the standard configuration can be 22U, 27U, 32U, 37U, 42U and 45U. The doors have both the right, and left hinge. The standard configuration includes the door made from the tinted glass in the metal frame. The delivery of both metal (blind) doors, and the doors made of the punched plate (perforation zone is 80%, perforation area is 62,99%) that make the heat exchange much more easier is also possible. The side and the back walls of the cabinets are solid metal. All they have the single point locks. The cabinets have the degree of the protection from external actions of IP30. The maximum allowed distributed load is not less than 850 kg or 1200 kg.
All the cabinets are delivered disassembled. Besides the standard configuration, according to the customer’s request we can manufacture the cabinets with the height that varies from 22 to 54U. We also can produce the cabinets with the punched sidewalls to improve the heat exchange.
Structurally all cabinets consist of a bodywork bearing frame, a front door, two side and one back walls. There is a technical capability to replace the back wall by the additional door. The door and the walls of the cabinet can be locked with a key. All walls can be easily removed that allows placing and serving the equipment from every quarter. The bodywork-bearing frame consists of the basis, welded front and back frames, and the rigid racking elements. All the cabinets in the standard configuration have two couples of installation profiles with square pinching. The cable entry to the cabinets is made through the special places, located in the basis, the back frames and the covers of the cabinets. Depending on the dimensions and the types the cabinets have 4 or 6 mounts that can be regulated on height that make it possible to install the cabinets on various floor coverings.
As a rule, the equipment installed in telecommunication cabinets have the high heat emission. To maintain the necessary temperature inside the cabinet by natural ventilation, there are special punched openings along the perimeter of the cover of our cabinets. To provide the mode of technical ventilation there is a possibility to install the ventilator blocks on 2, 4 and 6 elements in the basis and covers of the cabinets. The fan boxes should be bought separately.
The cabinets have the modular construction. In the standard configuration, they are made of steel with a polymeric coating of gray RAL 7032 or black RAL of 9005 colour.It is also possible to produce the cabinets of different colours.. The cabinets are delivered bareboned in the boxes made of the multilayered corrugated fiberboard, which are racked together with cords. The package is divided into three loading places to make the delivery more comfortable. The process of the pre-sale preparation and the semi knocked down assembly of the cabinets make the installation of the cabinets faster and their commissioning can be made directly on the site. There is a work manual attached to every floor-standing cabinet.
