Training on basics of Lean manufacturing was held on RATEP-INNOVATSIYA plant

Masters and heads of sections of our plant were taught the philosophy of Lean manufacturing.

Aleksey Nesiolovsky, the Candidate of Engineering Sciences, DQS auditor and side business coach was invited to acquaint our specialists with basics of the constant development of effective business.

At this stage, we have completed the following training tasks that is to say:

• Familiarization with concept of lean manufacture information;
• Study how to use tools of lean manufacturing; value steam map, Kaidzen, 5s system, standardization system and error protection system.

The subsequent training system on workplaces was formed for operators and specialists.

On second term of the year it was planned to make the extra education for managers of our plant.
